INFOTM (Stock Code: 000670 SZ) is a Shenzhen Main Board Listed Company with dual-main business of integrated circuit chip design & sales and electronic component distribution. The management headquarters of the Company is located in Changning District, Shanghai, with a R & D center in Zhangjiang Park, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The Company has nearly 200 Staff. In 2019, SUNYOUNG GROUP became the largest shareholder of the joint stock Company through equity auction. In September 2020, the Company completed the acquisition of 51% equity of Huaxinke and World Style Technology Holdings Ltd, thus opening a new business of electronic component distribution.

Since its establishment in 2008, Shanghai INFOTM has been focusing on the R & D, design and sales of intelligent image processor and related software, and providing Customer/s with overall solutions for hardware design & software application and professional technical support. From 2010 to 2012, Shanghai INFOTM launched iMAPx210, x8, x15 and other chip Products, which had received a positive response from the market. Among them, iMAPx210 is the first 100 million-gate application processor in China, with a shipment of nearly ten million. In 2014, taking the opportunity of the split-share structure reform, Shanghai INFOTM successfully injected into INFOTM.

For its chip R & D sector, INFOTM adheres to the "Customer Demand-oriented" and independent development concept, and is committed to the R & D and design of SoC system design, image signal processing (ISP), intelligent video algorithm and other core technologies. Their application fields mainly include internet communication, vehicle digital applications, smart wearable devices andconsumer electronics, etc. The Company mainly acts as an Agent for the Products of well-known semi-conductor Enterprises such as Goodix, Awinic and Vanchip, and serves well-known Enterprises such as Xiaomi and Wingtech.
